TechR 1-2-3

It is highly probable that your hard drives will be, at some point, obtained by unauthorized individuals. What are you doing to protect the intellectual property and data that is your responsibility?

TechR2 has an action plan for you:

1. Tag and inventory all of your data bearing devices.

When employees know that all data bearing devices are tracked daily and electronically, the number of losses are reduced. On the other hand, when critical inventories are not kept (and your associates should know it) losses and thefts will likely occur. Like a bank, we need to secure our top assets, namely company data.

2. Use TechR2’s Tear-A-Byte® Solution to guard and secure your loose data.

The Tear-A-Byte® solution implements RFID IT asset tracking, and provides customers with the ability to quickly track critical inventory. And when a hard drive fails, the electronic system automatically tracks the device from the server to the secure container provided. Our time-tested system uses four layers of security, the only proven method in the industry that guarantees the destruction of the data on the hard drive. Other approaches fall short, leaving you and your technicians responsible.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″ dp_animation=””][vc_column_text dp_animation=””]

3. TechR2 always destroys data onsite and within the data center.

Have you ever witnessed activity from a shredding service truck? For one thing, the e-waste particles produce a harmful effect to the workers involved and those sharing the work area (particles remain on walls, furniture and floors). Additionally, shredding service personnel carry hard drives outside the facility into the parking lot, and, by their actions, admit the dangers. Additionally, the data’s security becomes completely compromised as it moves into the parking lot. Furthermore, over the years, lone workers steal or lose these vulnerable hard drives. All-in-all, no one can safely shred inside a business location — and parking lots are no place to perform such a task.

TechR2 consistently destroys data onsite and within the data center. Other companies do not — jeopardizing security, customer trust and the reputation of the entire enterprise — because their technology is not at all appropriate for this work.

TechR2 is the only ISO 27001 certified service provider with four-layers of security to perform responsible data destruction.

Why would you choose a less secure method?
